I have delayed getting my ice maker fixed in fear that I would have to purchase a new refrigerator, but this morning I decided to try Sears Appliance Repair—and I am so happy that I did. From the moment I booked the appointment, the system kept me well-informed by letting me know exactly who my technician would be and their expected arrival time, which made the whole process stress-free. CHRISTOPHER H. is definitely 5 stars! He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was—he took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my ice maker in a way that was easy to understand, without rushing or talking over my head. He also walked me through all of my repair options and made sure I felt confident in the next steps. Not only was he efficient with the repair, but he also showed genuine care in making sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s rare to come across a technician who combines expertise with such excellent customer service. His attention to detail and willingness to answer questions truly made this a great experience. I highly recommend using Sears, especially if you get a technician like Christopher—you’ll be in great hands!
