Mathew called on his way, showed up, assessed the problem, told me what was wrong, what parts he was ordering, when they should arrive and he’d be back to do the work. Parts arrived, Sears set up a date and Mathew was back, after calling to say he was on his way, did the job. Said it should take 48 hours to refresh the cycle to call if not, but he had repaired it. I hope if there are other problems, he’ll be back. Very satisfied.
