Mr. George was extremely expressive and clear as he shared and communicated the operation requirements of my dishwasher to preserve long term and lasting usage. I was impress with his mannerism and time he took to ensure I fully understood the unit workings. He also added some tips on my other appliances for care and maintenance of operation. I strongly recommend Mr. George for his service quality and level of competence in resolving my unit issues and repair. Kudos, kudos, kudos.

Experienced and knowledgeable service technician

The technician was great. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. The one thing I didn’t like was the company gave you a time 8am-5pm. This is when someone has to be home. Why not 8-10 or 10-12 . Something reasonable for when the repair person can be there. That way you do not have to stay home all day ?
