The repair man was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. It's my opinion it should have not taken two trips and a week to repair an ice maker valve.

Review of hot water heater. The technician was professional. The service charge was overpriced, $119.00 to tell me what I already suspected and that you can't fix the appliance. It's unfortunate that Sears does not provide timely repair service of appliances.
