I'm giving 2 stars to be nice. I will give the technician (Fredrick H.) 5 stars for his knowledge and assistancein this super hot summer heat. I was expecting something to actually be fixed or replaced, being that just because my fan is spinning, I'm not getting AC due to the compressor swellin, which then my claim would have been denied. In my eyes, that is enough to get it replaced, since the unit is over 20 years old and making loud noises. Everything that Sears just came out to do, I could have watched YouTube and did the same myself and saved both of our times and my dispatch fee. And Sears needs to have an actual person available to speak with, instead of the annoying automated system that was no help at all.

The repairman was rude and he didn’t appear to know how to work on the newer appliance. At the end he got it working.As for Sears department you can not reach anyone by phone .Its all done by the automatic system.I will not use them again.RS

The service by William was good. He was efficient & punctual. However I had to call frequently to get Sears to send a technician out when they’d already stated they would. I had a service date & no one showed up. I received no correspondence from Sears apologizing or rescheduling the visit. I had to call multiple times to reschedule myself.

Bring customer service back to the United States!!! The rep tried to sell me everything including the kitchen sink. Entered my issue incorrectly thank goodness the repairman canceled my call so I wasn’t charged.

Emphasis: Technicians great! clean, professional and obviously well trained in the repairs. The office supporting them is the ONLY reason for this rating The technicians are great. the automated assistant that keeps you from getting to a human being with a question that is not answered by a chatbot is worthy of foul language beyond belief. Technicians replace the first part, troubleshooting find a new part is needed on OCT 4. Parts are ordered with a follow up appointment. My appointment notice has the part tracking number, which UPS states was delivered on SEPT 16. A part ordered in October was delivered in September - not a typo, but this is their automated system. Emphasis: Technicians great! clean, professional and obviously well trained in the repairs. The office supporting them is the ONLY reason for this rating

It would be great if customer service gave the option to speak to a person instead of AI. There are some details that need to be discussed before a technician arrives . And communication before arrival would be helpful to ensure someone is home first . An 8 hour appointment slot with no specific time is too broad to plan for repairs.

failed to explain and establish the "supposed faulty" drainage connection between the dishwasher and the sink's waste disposal, He was inconsiderate....took payment and offered NO SERVICE......not even verbal advice towards resolution of the problem.
