Had this man come by twice trying to ring a broken door bell when common sense said knock if you didn't hear it yourself and won't even answer my calls when I'm calling back

Fredrick was great. But the issue was electrical not heater related. I am a tad disappointed that I still had to pay the $100.00 fee.. Frederick did say that the fee would be forwarded to the electrician. But it was not. Or will not be.

The technician didn't show up and yet your system sends me messages and emails that your service has been completed! Also, This scheduling is so painful with you guys. According to your criteria, we have to be at home for whole day and your technician can show up anytime by giving a 5 min arrival notice.

Washing machine was fixed, but within a few hours stopped working. It started making a weird noise and wouldn't drain the water from the clothes. I had to reschedule another appointment. Totally disappointed 😞

Ron is a good technician but Sears the company he works for is bad. Ron has tried to fix my washer for a month now and has been given the run around and it’s still not fixed. Sears is a bad company and I can see why they are just about to go out of business.I will never buy a sears/kenmore product and urge anyone that reads this to do the same.

Technician came out only to say the AC unit was not installed properly. It is advertised by Choice Home Warranty that we will repair or fix it. I am just receiving an explanation of the policy after the service call was completed, and I have paid monthly for a while. I would not recommend Choice Home Warranty/Sears Technicians. They all work together, of course they want your money monthly and service fee. We believe we are doing the right thing by getting coverage at our homes only to be declined based off one person opinion. If you don't not have the original items in your home from the build date it is not covered basically. Beware of the false advertisement. In addition to that you can never speak to anyone most communication is automated, what happened to talking to a live agent??? I waited a few weeks in the most recent heat wave only to be declined a service. I was pretty much told I could not get reimbursed, I paid the service fee for nothing and good bye. The time window for arrival is ridiculous, to have me wait all day 7am to 6pm, doesn't make sense.

Technician came out through Home Warranty. instead of sending back a diagnoses Mr. Frederick proceeded to tell me to "call an electrician". Then after tell my husband all he need to do was replace a switch. Well sir if you know how to fix the issue why didn't you fix it? Then persisted that I pay the service call fee without him completing his work. Total Rip Off!

He claimed him fix the timer but only check the electrical outlet and told me that it were not getting enough power to run the dryer.
