There’s no way to talk to a HUMAN. They continue to cancel all work orders on the weekend. I’ve been dealing with the same problem since January

They charge to much money for repairs for simple things and 150 dollars just to come out really.

The Technician Could not complete service after being out 3 times to fix the issue with the washer and dryer. did not stay to make sure everything was working .called the same day to make the complaint with First American Home warranty 1-13-25 .I don't want to use the same technician again.He was polite but service was not acceptable. To be on notice the dryer has to be recheck it is not well heated. But all is good going a different Route. The 3 dates were December 30,2024 January 6 ,2025and January 13,2025 which is today of this report.January 13,2025.

r Richard's service was good. However, your communication system, especially the notifications you give for service are tedious, the "bot" communications (or whatever they are) are ridiculous, I had to put in the same information three times for the "bot" to accept it. You need to "service" your service. Is this AI? If it is I can do without it.

I purchased a home warranty from Sears. Worst company to purchase from. They did an awful job. The first repair was to my Samsung washer, it’s working worst than before I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were scheduled to repair my microwave, that never happened. They claimed to be ordering parts. The parts were to be sent directly to my home, the parts never arrived. When I called to complain no one knew a tracking number or anything about the parts. When I cancelled the warranty they charged me 175$ . The website never worked and the customer service associates were not understandable. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Double zero. No one showed for my appointment on Saturday Sept 28, 2024. Because of other business l had later in the day, I asked if it could be done by 12pm. The lady said she documented my request. When I reached out Saturday morning, the person on line said he sent out the reminder. Guy showed up Monday Sept 30th saying he doesn't work Saturdays. I was headed out when he showed up.

34th time they come out and it’s still not working correctly. He left and really did nothing except tell us it was our fault because the drain hose was too far down in the drain pipe which was a lie because it’s still acting up the same way he just did not want to have to unstack the washer and dryer.

Dear Elliot Cohen & Sears Executives: I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the abysmal level of service I received from Sears Home Services today. As a corporate executive, I sacrificed an entire day working from home, waiting for a technician who never showed up. Despite calling the customer service line four times and being repeatedly assured that the technician was en route, no one arrived. I am infuriated because I cannot afford to waste time. I had to reschedule crucial in-person meetings to accommodate the technician's visit, which never happened. I will never, under any circumstances, refer Sears Home Services to anyone I know. I demand a phone call and a remedy to my situation within 24 hours. I will not stop filing complaints until I am compensated for the time I've lost. I am contacting you, Elliot, to express my profound disgust and disappointment with this company and the deplorable level of service I have received. If I am not presented with a solution within 24 hours, I will be forwarding this inquiry to the media to handle on my behalf. Signed, A very dissatisfied customer
