Got a text saying tech was on the way at 9:00 a.m. never showed up. Then received a text stating we had signed an invoice for service that was never rendered. I sent text asking if tech was still enroute and got a survey asking me to rate him. This is very unsatisfactory and my appliance is still repaired.

Like many others, the communication with Sears is horrible. We were told someone would come between 8-5. Finally got a call at 12:30 saying they need to reschedule because the tech called in sick. It took 4.5 hours to call me. I asked them what time they would be coming on the rescheduled day and was told between 9:30-10a. The tech called at 2:45 saying he was on his way. It’s not his fault. He even said we were never estimated for 9:30-10, so he wasn’t sure why they told me that! 2 days wasted.

I received email confirming appointment between 8a and 5p but no on ever showed up and I got no call or email update about changed schedule. This is not acceptable. I should be refunded for service call and they should vomp service call time dance I couldn't leave my home for 8 hours do as to not miss them.

Tech never showed up for the 2nd time! Four times and still not fixed. This place is a SCAM! I want my money back & then some! Already filled a formal complaint with the BBB.

Would NEVER recommend Sears. This was the 2nd time the technician never showed. I cannot speak with a person, only automated responses. Unfortunately my warranty evidently requires I use Sears. I’m only giving 1 star bc it’s required to post a review.

This guy Randall agreed with me on performing a leak check, then he only looked at my coil , and told the Choice home warranty company something that made them say that it was covered under a manufacturer warranty. And it was not covered by warranty and Nonetheless, he did not do what he said he would do. Sears is not trustworthy. Choice home warranty denied my claim as a result of his actions, and now I have to appeal the decision, thanks to Sears.
