I had an appointment yesterday and no one showed. There is no way to speak to anyone. You can't get a person on the phone and there are no options online, on the phone, or on your order page for a missed appointment. I have tried everything.

Chris is a is equally a threat to his customers and the Sears. This tech never came to our house for last 3 months to fix any appliances. But he emailed me bills 4 times, those are his missing appointments. This guy should be fired. Now, we do not have a working refrigerator and hot water heater. Amar K. Pani

Had these guys scheduled to fix my washer, they called to reschedule service 3 times. They give a window of 7am - 6pm that you have to be home, then call at 3 in the afternoon to say they are not going to make it. The last time they called to reschedule they said the next available appointment was 5 days out.

My fridge is under warranty but SEARS doesn’t know how to fix it. Technicians don’t show and when they do they leave the fridge more severely broken.

My home warranty service sent out Sears to service my Refrigerator l gave them 1 Star not because of the technician put Sears home service decided to use outdated information they retrieved from their old data base I assume instead of the information the warranty company sent them. So I didn't receive the courtesy call, so I missed the schedule appointment. It already takes a minute to get scheduled through a warranty company, so If you got a water leak everything needs to be on point because of the damage leaking water can cause. Sears has really gone down from years gone by from the top notch company it was .if it were my choice I wouldn't use sears ever again. everything the do is contacted out and the service is lousy
