The wait was extremely frustrating because I had a window of 8-5 and that was all they could tell me so I wasted a whole day just for them to show up at 5:30 but they did a great job when they got here look at my fridge and had it diagnosed in less that 15 minutes now just to wait and see what they say with the warranty company

He was Very quick and knowledgeable! Wish I wouldn't have had to wait as long as I did if the first person that was assigned to evaluate the situation is to what was going on, showed up. That person went under the assumption without coming to look because he/she never showed. Part was ordered by what my insurance coverage described to your company what was going on and it was the wrong part! so this gentleman that showed up the 6th just by looking at what it was doing, knew what was wrong saw the part that was ordered (the first part) and said that's not what you need, that's not what's causing the issue it's an actual digital component not the screen cover. had to order the right part and come back another day. Took the first part back with him ordered the right part this time. The gentlemen returned the third time, but the second time for him put it in and he was gone. if the first person showed up i wouldn't have had to go through all this. I knew the first person assigned didn't show up because being a beautiful day for January, I sat in my driveway all day with back and forth texting of the part that was ordered and rescheduling and insisting that the payment be made online so the part can be ordered. Where is at the beginning they told me when the technician shows up I pay him or her in person. I thought to myself, how can they order a part that their not quite sure without seeing the issue what to order, that was pretty odd! I guarantee you this won't happen again! Thank you though, for the right person to do his job, show up, evaluate, order the right thing come and put it in and was very polite. This gentleman knew his stuff!
