I would rate sears a 0 if possible. I was sent to sears through my home warranty as unfortunately they were the only ones available in my area offered. They made an appointment and cancelled on me- THREE different days! Unacceptable and unprofessional. After the second cancellation, i attempted to reach out and ensure that a technician would show up at my house the third day and was told multiple times “yes Mamm, a technician is scheduled to come out.” Only to be canceled on again at the end of the day. I was never able to speak to anyone at sears, only customer service reps who were less than helpful. Sears will ask for a 24 hour advance notice if we need to cancel or reschedule, but we are asked to wait from 8am-5pm only to be cancelled at 3 pm- THREE times! I was finally given the option by my home warranty to get another contractor to come out, which he did the next day with no issue. I DO NOT recommend Sears and will never waste my time waiting on them again! Horrible!

You didn’t do anything right!! Waited ALL day and no one showed up!!! Sears made this such a cluster!! No excuse about how inept things were done by Sears. I gave you rating of one because that’s the only way I could get this to post, negative 5 would be more accurate.

After clearing 2 complete work days on my calendar due to the 8 AM - 5 PM appointment window, Sears cancelled my appointment twice. The last cancellation was delivered via text at 9:13 AM.

Waited the entire day for the service tech to show up only to have it canx at 7:15 PM. Service visit was rescheduled approx. 10 days later only to have the tech call at approx. 10 AM and advise the work order was mislabeled, wrong appliance, and visit was canx again! Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone!
