Repairs were done efficiently. Service was good. The only issue that was unsatisfactory was the time it took to get the service, it was a refrigerator and it took 5 days.

About a year ago the tech that was assigned to do service on air-conditioner did not come.I tried calling several times but no answer or response after leaving my name and phone number.

The technician was rude. Kept asking me about the stove. I told him you should have the info. After he finished, he asked did you pay your warranty in full. I told him you check with the company to see if it was paid. Then he said these parts are expensive. I’ve never had comments like this made. I told him I don’t think you would be here if you weren’t supposed to. He needs to brush up on customer service skills
