About a year ago the tech that was assigned to do service on air-conditioner did not come.I tried calling several times but no answer or response after leaving my name and phone number.

The technician was rude. Kept asking me about the stove. I told him you should have the info. After he finished, he asked did you pay your warranty in full. I told him you check with the company to see if it was paid. Then he said these parts are expensive. I’ve never had comments like this made. I told him I don’t think you would be here if you weren’t supposed to. He needs to brush up on customer service skills

I understand that we are all using ai for efficiency but this company's bot told me that they are all ai and that there is no human I can speak to about my service. I didn't hire them for this reason......I wrote the previous lines yesterday 3/6/26 and then this morning I see the response telling me to call an 800 number so I did, guess what I got? Yes, you guessed it! the ai chatbot that I spoke to yesterday. This response was tone deaf to my concern so I changed my review from 2 to 1.

Trip fee is too expensive after paying monthly membership and nothing was done. Repairman was great, but I had to spend an additional $60 at Home Depot to get a filter for my refrigerator. I am out of $160.00. Not good.
