Justin the Sears technician was great. Completed work quickly. He was super polite and very knowledgable. I did not enjoy dealing with AI scheduling and wanted to speak with a person several times that understood my questions and issues.

Our technician Justin was great. He keeps you updated on arrival times and knew exactly what our washer needed and fixed it quickly. The only problem we had was the company changing appointments several times.
