Roosevelt did a great job. We are not completely happy with the scheduling process etc, not Roosevelt’s job! It generally takes a week at least for repairs to get completed from reporting them. Our first repair with our Whirlpool combo microwave/oven took a month. Plus it’s very possible the repair work on the first repair could have caused the second repair…

My fridge is not fixed. The repair man was confident he knew what the problem was with my LG refrigerator, but did not diagnose the problem correctly. He said a clogged drain was the problem and looked no further. My fridge still has the same exact problem and error code FF E

I would like to give a positive review but I unfortunately can't! The technician tried to correct the error code on our Hisense room Air Conditioner/Heating System and failed. The original work order to replace a sensor and fan motor was not completed because he couldn't remove the units plastic covers. To his credit he did get the heater unit to work and it was working 4 hrs after he left our property. Unfortunately, the unit is now showing the same failure/fault code (E5) as before. I also didn't mention that he broke a small craft storage bin while he was moving around the floor. I would like someone from the Sears Appliance Repair Center (Bowling Green KY) to call me to discuss getting the repairs done correctly or assist me in getting the system replaced .

Gary came out and began working on my refridgerator. He asked if the ice makers were working. I told him that the lower ice maker was not working but the upper ice maker had started working about 5 days ago. Why or how it began working I do not know. Gary pulled out the Fridge to check the rear of the unit and I asked him if he had some floor slides for the bottom of the unit. He said that they were more trouble than they were worth. I that point, I said nothing else, fearing that he would pack up and leave. He said that the lower ice maker fill tube was frozen and, apparently, unthawed it. He did not replace the water tank that I spent weeks waiting for. He slid the unit back into place and left. I don't know if it is fixed now or not. When Gary first arrived he spoke in a very low tone and mumbled. I told him several times that I was hearing impaired bit the never changed the way he talked and I had a very hard time understanding him.

Added coolant. Unit is not cooling and someone needs to come back and fix it. Update: Through Home Warranty of American. Kept scheduling visits a week out. Sears kept cancelling the day of and re-scheduling another week out, only to cancel on the day of. Finally hired a good company to come and fix which they did in a few minutes. Will never use Sears again for repairs.

Called Monday for a dryer and stove repair, tech was there Tuesday morning and within an hour had fixed the dryer and gave an estimate on the stove repair. Or course took my payment for both, each on a separate invoice. Within a minute or so, had 5 emails from Sears, all about my stove estimate and they did provide my invoice for it. Did not receive one email about my dryer invoice. Messaged my tech, Josh, and he said he would get the email with invoice sent to me. Messaged him again yesterday and again today. Like others, all they have is AI and there is no way to talk to a real person. An AI says they don't do receipts. Not a GOOD WAY to do business. I need my INVOICE/RECEIPT. If I don't get it, my only recourse is to cancel the credit card payment. I have spent a couple of hours navigating their website and called the phone menu. If if I had my invoice, I would have been a happy camper and posted a 5 star review, service was quick and painless. A one star review is all Sears gets....
