Frank was great! Very helpful and friendly. However, the AI agent process that Sears is using is awful. I needed to resolve an issue with my scheduling and it was impossible to get to a real person. Again the technician was wonderful but I will not be using your services again because of the poor experience with your AI agent. At some point you need to be able to talk to an actual human!
