I did not like dealing with AI to schedule an appointment. Waited all day for a repairman, at 3:40 in the afternoon, received a text message from AI technician would not be available and gave me the opportunity to reschedule. I scheduled for the next day so we’ll see what happens. Again waited all day Saturday rescheduled for Monday again they canceled. Don’t waste your time they do not call you every thing is done through AI. Wish this had the option for Zero stars because they do not deserve even 1 star!!!!

Attempted to contact Sears Appliance Repair. After about an hour on the phone with Customer service rep I was told to contact my home warranty company. Your technician failed to fix the problem and Sears doesn't care. Thank you for nothing. Do not EVER use this company.

Awful experience! I have the yearly protection agreement for my appliances . Fridge issues that started 6/3. First appointment they could give me was 6/21. The tech was a no show . Second appointment 6/25, again tech was a no show . They had one excuse after another and wanted to just keep making appointments. I chose another repair company and had excellent results . Trying to call the customer service line is a continuous loop of recordings and punching numbers . Aggravating. Sears used to be an outstanding company , sadly they are going to lose yet another loyal customer MB

Terrible service from the Sears team. Took off from work to accommodate service from eight in the morning till 5 o’clock in the evening with a no-show to only reschedule again at a later date then the technician showed up late and then technician is lying to me about situation that’s going on with my appliance and then demanding payment before any work was completed.

Dishwasher was working when the rep called so he recommended that we cancel the appointment. No service was required.

The tech called, and only identified himself as Sears coming to fix the refrigerator and said it would be around 3:30. He gave no name. When he finally arrived, he sat in the truck for a while and came to my front door and banged on my glass door several times. Totally unnecessary. The door was open and we knew he was here. My son let him in and he walked past him into our kitchen where i was standing. He didn't speak. He pulled opened the door of the refrigerator and I had to ask, "and you are", for him to tell me his name. He told me, and I've already forgotten it. I introduced myself to him. He giggled and said, "yeah, I guess it was somebody else the last time". I responded, it was but, that doesn't matter. You should never enter someone's home without announcing who you are and your purpose for being there. Since he was holding my refrigerator door open with his bare dirty hands, I asked him if we needed to remove anything, and he said, "yeah, this door will be heavy with these", looking at the clear bins on the door. Before I could move he snatched the bin that held my eggs, and the one beneath it and was suddenly cradling my egg carton on his chest. I'm sure he thought great catch, but I was not amused.. I immediately told him, we will remove the rest. I was furious! This man came into my home, didn't introduce himself, nor ask where he might be able to wash his hands. We don't go into the refrigerator before washing our hands, and we live here. I was disgusted. His level of customer service was totally & entirely unprofessional.

They have an address listed that is not accurate or true which is fun because I drive around in an RV. I am sitting right in front of where they said the addresses which is not exactly the same address. Google has, but neither Has the address accurate at all? If this is a only home repair thing, then don’t have store hours and an address because you are not there.
