Our Bosch dishwasher was giving some strange errors and would not work. The technician told us that the issue was the water flow sensor and possibly the control board. He also told me the bare minimum labor would cost $350 plus the cost of the parts if he were to fix it and that we were better off just getting a new dishwasher. We ended up troubleshooting more ourselves and determined that was not the issue. It was the aqua stop water inlet hose which was only $150. We replaced the hose and it fixed the problem. I'm beyond frustrated because that is not what we were told and I had to pay $140 for the wrong information. I will never call Sears again for our appliance needs.

Do not use! Should get 0 stars. A technician came out and diagnosed my washer for the part to be installed and delivered the following week, I had to pay for everything up front $469. The following week the day they are supposed to come out I get a call that he is unable to make it and they schedule it out another 2 weeks (mind you I have no washer during this time). A different technician comes.out changes the part and says everything looks good. I tried a load and the same issue is happening a leak coming out of the bottom. I called back to request a refund which will yake 10 to 25 days. and they get the original technician to come out. Now they say I have a completely different problem and it's going to cost an additional $500. I am still waiting on my refund. I have called 4x to customer service, which is impossible to get ahold of, and they say it is still pending with their billing department. On another note, while original technician was working on my washer I walked downstairs because I didn't hear any work being done, he was in my bedroom bathroom which has two entrance doors on it directly to my bedroom and one to the living room. As soon as I came downstairs and entered my room he exited the living room door. Yet the bathroom door entrance to my bedroom was open? Common professional courtesy you ask the homeowner if there is a bathroom they can use as I would have directed him to the guest bathroom. I have asked Sears about it and they said they would send me a form to fill out but have yet to do so.
