The two technician came to my home. They repaired my refrigerator. I then advise them both that the speed limit in our subdivision is 20 miles hr. He made a snide remark back to me that I needed to get a speed tracker. I just explained to him they were speeding down the road and he started he was only going 24 miles hr. Then when they left he just speeded out of my street going well over the speed limt. There are children that play in this subdivision and ride there bikes and they were reckless driving out.

Multiple service appointments for the same repair. The problem has still not been solved. They want to charge you each time. I do not want to pay for the same repair repeatedly, but there is no one to talk with regarding the multiple billings. Each invoice threatens collections, so clearly they have this problem repeatedly. Terrible customer service. You will never get a hold of a live agent. Every number left in the review below as a follow-up for additional help routes to the automated AI agent, which is useless. I will never use any Sears retail locations or services again. Terrible. I highly encourage you to repeatedly hit your head against the wall instead of calling Sears Appliance Repair. Updated after 'Response from the owner' The number given is the same AI call center number where you schedule appointments. It is of no use. There is no live person to talk to regarding customer service issues. This is their stock answer to every negative review. This company does not care. Avoid at all costs.

A technician came out, performed diagnostics, and found the ice maker needed repair (it wasn't working). Two weeks later he returned and replaced the ice maker. Almost $700 later the ice maker still does not work. Now I have to wait for another service call to determine the cause of the problem.

The tech, John, was great... the rest of the experience was a huge hassle and I don't recommend using this company. They confirm appointments then cancel them at the last minute. It can take hours to get a response from dispatch for date and time confirmation. It's almost impossible to actually speak to a live person.
