Joshua did a great job diagnosing the issue we continued to have with the refrigerator leaking water. With a short piece of copper wire or tubing he fixed a design flaw that caused the issue.

Bill did a great job. Went the extra mile beyond the needed repair to advise me on on-going care and found a broken roller that had I kept running might have cost a good deal more.
