Although it took 2 trips to finally fix my refrigerator, the service was great. Every thing seems to be working perfectly and the service guy was friendly, capable, and timely. Thanks for great service.

First Raymond Brown came and assessed the situation. He was so helpful in helping me determine what I needed to do. Two weeks later he returned to fix the problem with James who was also very helpful and gave me extra tips for keeping my furnace clean, filter questions I had, and humidity control for my place. I give both Raymond and James a 5!
