Had some maintenance and preventative cleaning done on my washer and dryer. Technician was professional, efficient, thorough and took the time to educate me on a few things. All covered by my extended warranty. Highly recommend getting one. 👍🏽

I had the Sears technician check my washer; there was gray debris in my laundry after the wash cycle. He advised to add vinegar to the wash each month and that'll correct the problem. I appreciate the easy solution. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing the problem.

The techs were knowledgeable and careful to not damage anything. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated! The washer cannot be fixed as the part is not available. ( the washer/dryer came with the house) Waiting on the home warranty company to call with next step.
