Did the job efficiently and checked to make sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. Really didn't expect him to be here today because of the terrible road conditions and the ice. Hope he makes it back home with no problems and before the roads freeze up again.

The technician Paul arrived at the indicated designated time. He made contact with me prior to arrival. Once onsite, he quickly determined the issue and made the repair promptly. He had all the necessary parts on his truck. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The onsite service 5*. The process of initiating the warranty claim and arranging for the service visit was not a good experience. It took multiple calls on multiple days and speaking with multiple people to finally have a technician committed to scheduling the service. 18 days from my first call to the technician visit. This experience NOT Favorable.

Shown on Google as near me but claims they do not service this area??????? The 931 number sends you to Pakistan and then tell you there is no coverage for your area.... No wonder sears is going out of business
