Professional and explained things he did. Great attitude. Courteous! But my problem was not fixed first cycle after the repairman left, and you could only deal with AI generated specific questions and limited allowed responses to try to reschedule. Terrible!!!! I waited all day for no one to show up on my second appointment . At 4:40pm The AI bot text and said no one available today how about a week out! I had already paid and wasted two days and dishwasher still not working. I opened a dispute with my cc and got my money back. Never will I use them again. Thank you!!!

Todays tech was great. Previous tech misdiagnosed the problem. Took a week without heat to make repairs. Had it been timely it would have been nice. Impossible to communicate with the Sear Office in Crossville. That part is s joke

The service was horrible appointment was between 8 to 3 showed up after 5 had my son sign for repairs and left with the dryer still not working didn’t allow me to verify the dryer works before leaving.

Was told 8 am to 10, then 11:14 to 12:45. It's 1:40 today, all of a sudden its for tomorrow when I am not e en home. noone has called or shown up on a Friday. You CANNOT reach anyone. When you cancel you aren't given a confirmation on cancelation. Terrible way to run a business.the customer service is A.I. only. There are no people to talk to.

Sears technicians are wonderful BUT the Sears Warranty offering is the WORST! I pay $59.00 per month for insurance on all my appliances and they still charge an outrageous sum to service any of my appliances. AVIOD buying the warranty insurance at all costs. Plus, they make it very difficult to cancel. A HUGE rip-off through and through.

Shown on Google as near me but claims they do not service this area??????? The 931 number sends you to Pakistan and then tell you there is no coverage for your area.... No wonder sears is going out of business
