He did a good job. He said I needed to call an electrician for the dishwasher because he has no power to it. We had checked the breaker and left it off. Once he left I remembered the breaker and the dishwasher was working.

Was very polite and nice. On time. I don’t think he was to concerned about fixing the issue I was having with the washer. Basically said better off to buy a new one . My washer is only 2 years old and still works, just doesn’t spin the water out or adjatate . $152 just for him to come out to run it through a cycle. Nothing against him personally.

I called this morning and they told me they could come and look at my refrigerator by 6 pm. Around 1 pm or so the link updated and said they would come between 3 and 4:17 pm. At 5:00 pm I called for an update, and I was told they put in a request to the service team for an update. It never updated. At 6:30 I called and was told to wait until 7, that he was still on his way. Then at 7 I called and was told that he was no longer on the road. I was then told the service team would contact me to reschedule and have heard nothing. The link still shows they're on their way and will be there by 4:17. I will never use SEARS again.
