The technician was professional, courteous, and friendly. He diagnosed and, repaired the bad part within 15 minutes. He arrived all most 3 hours after his heading your way message. He had no idea of who sent the message. Probably like everything else a computer sent it. I’m very disappointed with the total lack of the ability to speak to a human with his company. Computers can not replace human contact regardless of what the company’s think.
