Changed my appointment time 3 times and at 5:10 pm, he never showed i missed a days wk and had to reschedule due to tech not showing up. Very disapointed in sears,i would not recommend you ,

Technician was very nice, but price for service was high. Price to repair was more than new one. They charged 350.00 for a part I can buy for 35.00. wanted 400.00 for labor for replacing a control panel that would take them less than 30 minutes.

We submitted a claim with our home warranty and this is the company they had sent out to us. The Tech that was sent to us to diagnose our a/c system listed wrongful items on his report to the home warranty company causing them to deny our claim.

The repair was fine. The problem I had was with your AI, not allowing me to speak to a customer service representative, live agent, etc. Your choices did not offer any kind of contact with a live agent! Another problem I had was I was given several appointments with no cancellation notification on any of the previous appointments as it said in your text that they would let me know one way or the other your AI did not! This was very, very disturbing for me because I waited patiently on three different occasions! JULY 3,8,9 for a no show, no text and no e-mail! If I had been informed by text or in writing some kind of way that you wrote, the the parts were gonna be sent to me I would’ve understood the delay and wouldn’t kept calling the AI to ask when my appointment was! Set appointments were July 3 July 9 July 10 to no avail! I called again and spoke to the AI or whomever and I had appointment for July 11, which was completed as I said earlier the service man was very personal and did a wonderful job. Had I known that the parts were coming to me and you couldn’t complete the service until I receive the parts none of this would’ve happened But your AI is not able to express this so I guess I can’t say it’s human error/ AI error !!!!!!! Needless to say, I also have an issue with I paid for The initial service call and for the said parts “damper (4)” at the time of the initial service!! Once the Service technician was done. I was informed that there was an additional charge.. I owe another $332.++ etc. and the total was around 750. Plus! I still have no receipt!!! For the amount I paid for this repair I I would’ve for SURE purchased a new washer. This is just unacceptable Business practices. NOT AT ALL A PLEASE WITH THIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would use zero stars if possible. Tech refused to install parts that first tech ordered. Said diagnostic reading shows no issue. Dishwasher still does not work. There is no way to speak to anyone at Sears Home Service to file complaints. Completely useless waste of our time and still have brand new dishwasher that does not work

Don’t ever use this service 3000 dollar refrigerator and they send someone in training order parts 4 times finally got right parts now can’t get anyone to come put in already paid them in full. They tore my fridge all apart and no one will come and fix. 500.00 just for labor. There is no one or not any number you can call and talk to anyone. Now trying to get the labor I have paid for put back on my card until someone can come fix. Can’t even do that cause you can’t talk to anyone. This place is a joke. I repeat don’t ever use this place for anything. If you do I warned you. Been waiting for 5 weeks now
