Joshua (our 2nd and 3rd visit) was professional and capable. Our first repairman (Kevin) arrived too late to do anything and committed to ordering part later but did not. We lost a whole week in the process. The Sears tracking system for the appointment was terrible. It had us expecting service first thing each time when service was late in the afternoon each time and the 3rd time it never updated. Not being able to speak with a person and not having any options made it not useful. Very frustrating.

Came out in a very small car with nothing to fix anything with. We assumed calling a repair company as big as Sears would be having the repair person come and repair. Not the case…. They only assess, then make plans to come back and repair. Disappointed.
