Took 3 months to fix my dishwasher. Between having to order parts 3 times, 3 canceled appointments of which me or the wife had to take off work. While my technician was ok Sears stinks.

I chose to use Sears Home Services because it seemed they were local to me. The listing had a local phone number and a local address. Turns out they are not local at all and contract out with someone else. It’s almost impossible to talk to someone, and you’ll never get the technician’s number. I spent $135 to confirm a diagnosis I already knew, only to be told they can’t repair it because it was still under Maytag’s 10-year compressor warranty. Waste of my time and money.
