Shareef was great when it came to repairing the oven and explaining the issues. The biggest complaint we had was the terrible AI automated customer service.

Clifford was absolutely not only professional but skilled/ He was able to diagnose, explain (layman's terms) and give price to fix. I will come back to Sears Home Services if all your professional techs have the same work ethic...very hard, rare to find these days.
