I purchased a Home Warranty from the Mike Holmes Team. My first repair request was contracted to Sears Appliance Repair Team. The assigned Technician (Bryan) notified me ahead of time of his planned arrival and was on time. He was well groomed, appeared eager to make the needed repairs and was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He went the extra step in making an attempt to locate the part needed for my repair. Although unable, he said he would follow up with his office and known suppliers. I was impressed at that point with both Sears and The Holmes Team. However, that's the last I have heard from the Sears Appliance Team, much to my dismay. In my opinion, the Sears Appliance Repair Team was an example of the "Ole Time Customer Service". Why they weren't allowed to complete the task, I haven't been explained.
