After paying service diagnostic fee of $99, my washer was determined to have bad suspension rods that needed replacing which are very expensive. However, I had to replace them as my washer is only 2.5 years old. So, Had suspension rods on my washer replaced and so far it’s working like brand new. Took less than 30 minutes for install. The delay was only in lieu of shipping of parts. Once parts were delivered to my doorstep they were here in two days to install in 30 minutes or less. I purchased Sears home warranty on all other home appliances for future repairs. Will use this service again.

Overall they did a nice job and the technicians that were dispatched had expertise and solid customer service. Went right to work, found the issue, ordered the parts and then repaired after the parts arrived.

Very knowledgeable repair guy who was willing to answer any and all questions.

Technician came by to give me a diagnostic only took him 5 mins.
