Your company (sears) did not notify AHS about my washing machine to be fixed or replaced somebody drop the ball, I’ve been waiting 35 days to have it fixed or replaced, some one needs to do a better job!

For three days prior to his arrival I received text messages asking me to confirm the appointment by “Reply(ing) 1”, which I did, but each subsequent text said I still needed to confirm the appointment or loose it. I wasn’t sure anyone would come until after noon the day of the appointment when I received a text that he was on the way. Even then, though, I was told I needed to confirm the appointment within 30 minutes or the appointment would be canceled, which I was able to do. These communication problems could have ruined the service if I hadn’t been extra vigilant in watching my phone. However, the technician did arrive and do the work in a professional manner.
