Technician was very professional and knew his job. But dealing with Sears Service as a company was a complete nightmare. The phone number they give you is completely useless, you can’t speak with anyone and you have no way of leaving a message to explain your problem. The other big problem is you wait all day for your appointment and the AI system just cancels your appointment and schedules you another appointment without asking you if that date is good for you. We waited too long to have our dishwasher to be fixed !
