After 5 no shows and reschedules with no communication, Cliff was the one that got the job done and actually showed up when he said he would. He communicated with me even Though I’m in a different time zone and got the job done quickly and professionally. If I could give him more than five stars I would.

Sears Appliance Repair provided timely service with an extremely well-qualified professional! I would definitely call them again for any appliance repair needs. The repairman efficiently diagnosed the problem with the washer, all parts were ordered and delivered to my home in a rapid turn-around, and he was there the following day after parts were delivered. Wow!!! The washer is functioning like NEW!!! Thank you Sears staff!!!!
