Rodney was very polite and knowledgeable. He called when he was on the way. My problem has been happening since December with my heater/AC unit. This is the 4th time someone has been out to look at my unit including the electrician that I had to find to make sure was not electrical problem. This 1st and 3rd time the repairman came, the fix only lasted for about 10 minutes, and I was told if it didn't work that I would have to purchase my own electric heaters. 2nd person was the electrician that could not find any problems with the breaker box, so that was a wasted trip. 3rd time someone came out, he placed 2 different parts on my heater to get it working for the winter time but never did anything about the AC. So far, this time, the unit has been working for over an hour. Hopefully what Rodney did has finally fixed the problem, especially now since we are getting into the hot weather season. Only thing I dislike about this, is the wait time in between getting appointments and finally being able to get things fixed. Thank you Rodney for your time spent today to track down the problem.
