Sears kept texting me about expected arrival time and driver location which helped me use my own wait time effectively. The tech was really helpful with a diagnosis and quick work around on a temp basis. He was also informative about options and expense

My 3 year old Whirlpool microwave stopped heating. Shareef figured out the problem, it was the MAGNETRON got the part ordered and replaced the part. My microwave is working again. Very professional. I love good service!
