Desean was punctual, before time actually and we made the appointment online, on Sunday and we had an appointment the very next morning. The appointment was an all day appointment, but he was here before 9am. The website sends text messages informing you about every step along the way and you get an email with a map of where your technician is currently and estimated time for arrival. It's very accurate too. He was very polite, patient, and through and didn't leave a mess behind. He also patiently explained the problem. I will definitely use this service again!
