Very Great Service…on time, thorough, explained in detail so that we understood, courteous, provides/submitted everything needed to our Home Warranty Dept. Thank You for making this process easy! I’m sure their are more people who would agree that, as a home owner, you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get the service you pay for with your home warranty company.

Scott did a wonderful job but were are not happy with the delays, 2 1/2 months, in solving this problem. Delays in delivering the parts, all parts returned by one of the technician (no Scott), saying the fridge could not be fixed, parts reordered and received. Total waiting time from June 28 to Sept. 23. Will be happy to give additional details .

He was on time. Figured out the problem and ordered parts on dishwasher. Then installed new parts on our washing machine that had already been ordered and delivered. He really knew his trade.
