The individual tech that came was excellent -- however, the part we needed was not on his approved supplies list. We went on line and found the part for $18 and not the $900! Job he offered if the part he was referring to was available. Thank goodness it was not available.

My dealings with Sears repair began on Aug.26, 2025 and ended today on Oct.3,2025. I understand that other problems and repairs were needed before my dishwasher would again become functional. However, in the weeks of waiting, the clip used to hold the soap pod in the dishwasher has become lost. So I ask, was it really repaired after all? I'm also going to let American Home Shield, who was responsible for the repair know my feelings as well. Mary Ann Beaudrot

I guess the third appointment was the charm. The first time I called you I was told the appointment was rescheduled to 7:50 pm. What happened was you didn't show up and no call. I call you and you gave me another appointment Then no show. i called you. She told me his truck broke down. I said like my dog ate my homework. I was also given a third appointment so far I have never gotten a phone call from sears. The third appointment was a charm. The technician came on time. He worked on the washer he told my friend that he fixed the machine. Then left. We are now putting the dryer on top of the washer to test the washer. He didn't tell me what was wrong. One thing you need to ask a when someone calls for service on washer is the dryer on top. Because when the tech comes surprise he says you have to take the dryer off the machine. I remembered from a previous time and had the dryer down and ready.

There were two missed appointments. That means two days off from work and going to the laundry mats which was expensive. No calls to say that they were not coming just a text saying that they were coming the next day. Not Good

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was rescheduled 4x and a no show. I had to take of from my job on all of these occasions and still didn’t get my dryer fixed by Sears. I had to hire someone to come fix it because it had been broken over 2 months. You all don’t value my time or my business. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied!!

This guy came to here and he just diagnosing to the WhatsApp problem and he say I want to order the part so you get paid money, then I can place the order and fix, so I said no. I like this when you fix the cooler, then I can pay you.

Tried to call to speak with a cs rep... all I could get was an AI rep that wouldn't send me to a real person because "they" couldn't answer the question I had... guess they won't get my business if they can't take the time to answer a phone.
