Nothing was done, but he made me pay the $65 service fee before he said he can't fill the system and never works on ducting.

Very bad attitude by the tech that took just under a month to schedule an appointment after rescheduling the first appointment by Sears Home Services and not by my doing at all. The tech stated the filter was very dirty (took picture of slightly dirty filter) and is probably the issue for a bad AC unit which I said, don't tell me that a slightly dirty filter is causing the unit to fail and he immediately became angry. He said he can just leave if I am going to tell him how to do his job. I said its probably low on coolant and he got more angry and that's when I stated if he has that bad of an attitude then yes, he can go ahead and leave. He chose to check the coolant level and angrily stated as he was leaving that the unit is low and sped out of my driveway. Then I receive an invoice for $100 service fee which I obviously will not be paying since it states there is nothing wrong with the unit and I was combative. Obviously doesn't know the definition of combative as the above was all that was said. I was direct with my statements given the excessive amount of time it took to get a tech out to my house for a bad AC unit and 90 degree wheather only to have this kind of service. I wouldnt recommend Sears Home service to anyone unless something is done about my experience with them.

The service and experience with Sears was terrible. Incorrect parts were ordered twice had to reschedule three times. I could never find a person to talk to in person. My order process began on September 24 and was not resolved until November 6. Terrible customer service

They came to fix issue. But then 2 days later same issue happened. Now my breaker keeps going off everytime I flip it. So the problem wasn't fix it got WORST after the technician left and trying to call to get customer service to get this resolved is a joke.
