The technician, who had also performed our yearly appliance check-up in 2015, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the service performed on June 14, 2016. We needed a new bottom rack on the dishwasher, which the technician ordered. We actually received it within two days, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope he returns next year!
