I keep my house clean, and he comes in like he owns the place with his dirty boots and no protection. On one occasion, I asked him for and gave him shoe covers. I never want to do business with that person or business again. He left my house reeking of grime and oil. Very bad. En 1 ocasion le pedi y le di protetor de zapatos No quiero volver hacer negocios con esa perzona o negoció. Dejo mi casa apestosa a mugre y aceite. Muy mal.

The final repair person that came did a great job. No one called ahead of time to let anyone know the repair person was going to be there. Was told when the appointment was set the repairman would call at least 15 minutes to arrival. The day prior the appointment was between 8am and 12 noon but at 1220 pm no call and the appointment had to be rescheduled. However, no one called to say anything about the repairman going to be late or that he/she was running late. The appointment scheduler didn't know why the repair person had not arrived.. Also, is there a new way for the repairman to update his/her arrival time?

I've scheduled 3 repair visits. Each time, ice received multiple voice mails or text reminders days before and the day of, telling me the repairman will be there "between 8AM and 5 PM". The first gentleman did have the courtesy to call me when he was 30 minutes away. I explained that the icemaker makes ice but doesn't drop the ice in the bin. He came and checked everything but that. Charged $134 for the visit and I still had no ice!. Fortunately I had his cell phone, called him and he suggested I buy a new icemaker. I did and installed it, no ice. Paid $123 for the new icemaker. 2nd repairman came, no alert when he would arrive other than "between 8AM and 5PM", numerous reminders. Said the icemaker was defective, put in another new one, also defective. After further tests and calls, determined the issue was the motherboard. Ordered the part and charged me $409 which covered the 3rd repairman's visit to install it. He came, installed the motherboard and left, no ice. I reinstalled the new icemaker again, and now have ice $666 later. Do not understand why the repairman couldnt call when they are within an hour of arrival (one did). Do not understand why they could not check the machine out more thoroughly to ascertain that it was not working. Definitely believe I waa overcharged and inconvenienced by the lack of a phone call or text prior to arrival. Customer service is very lacking. Voice mail instructed me to go online to receive an estimate, which I did. But it only told me, "arrival will be between 8AM and 5pm ". All 3 repairmen were extremely courteous and professional.

Sears Warranty is terrible. Nico Groves is a horrible technician and I’ve been going through this with them for months. I have yet to get my washer repaired or replaced. He has put in claims and falsified forms. Zero stars is what is deserved.

Terrible. Waited ALL DAY for technician. They called at 4:15 said they would be here in 35 minutes. We are outside in our front yard waiting. Get a text that they are at the front door…..we try to call because we are here and no they are not. No answer then we get a sorry we missed you notification. We call customer service and they say they can only reschedule. The technician said we weren’t there and it’s our fault. It’s a waste of time dealing with them. Go with someone else.

Called technician for install. They were rude and denying service. The technician proceeded to charge additional for no work to be done. For context the part we ordered through sears said it was on the way then lied that it was available that’s fine not technicians fault I handled getting our own part after market sense it is no longer in production. We communicated with sears the nature of our own part proceeded to send someone anyway and overcharged for “labor” on top of service after speaking. Was very vindictive when asking about issue and overall has been a terrible experience. Installed part for 80 dollars instead of 200. Thanks would not choose sears
