Andrew was attentive and listened to our assessment of the dishwasher issues. Although he was quick to diagnose the initial problem and replace that part, by listening he was also able to determine that the hard to access filter was clogged by a previous owner's broken dish pieces and other debris that wasn't breaking down. I would 100% recommend Andrew.
