Quick repair and open to questions
Timothy arrived on time, informed us on estimated repair time and went to work. He completed the repair in less time than the estimated time and when completed, informed us of when the refrigerator would be ready to store frozen and perishable food. He left the area clean and also asked if there were any questions about the service and parts warranty. Good experience! Thank you Timothy and Sears Service Team

Very Good Technician
