Didn't have one, I lost two days due to having to wait on the first appointment date only to find out later in the day he couldn't make it. The automatic scheduled set a new appointment for today Tuesday 17th I waited again and at almost 1:00 my wife saw the service truck on the road at the side of the house. She pulled up and asked were you looking for our house and he said yes but we don't service Wolf products, Now you tell me how should I feel after being at home for two days waiting for a service Tech and still haven't to wait again for the 3rd time.

I already told him it wasn't the drain pump he didn't even stay to see if it works but it's still broken in the same way for the second time
