William P showed up at my location about 9:45 am ( Aug. 09, 2023) and was finished with the removal of the defective Bottom Heater Sheath and the Convection Heater Sheath and then the installation of brand new Sheaths into my stove within an hour's time. Not certain at this point in time how they ( the Sheaths ) will work because we have not used the oven/stove yet.
