1. I received text notices of the appointment date. Great job! 2. Tech called me 30mins before he came. 3. Tech arrived on time 4. Tech had a very pleasant attitude 5. Tech was very professional and did a complete evaluation of the problem. Tech explained his finding so that I could understand what was happening with my frig. 6. Tech called back to share his conversation with my Warranty Company. I really appreciate that because I've not been able to speak with anyone at the Warranty Company. 7. Sears your people represent the company and this young man represented you very well! Great job!
