Roger was very polite and personable. He was knowledgeable and listened to our needs and fixed whatever was wrong. He said that everything was running correctly on our dryer and washer after he cleaned them both. I would recommend Roger to anyone as their appliance technician. He made us feel very comfortable with him being in our house. Thank you for sending him.

Fred, aka Rusty, was a pleasure to have around while he worked on my aging lawn tractor. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took much time and care to give it an overall tune-up and long-over due care it needed. The tractor runs like new again and I appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. Such care for the customer and love for his job and helping customers is unheard of these days. I wish more people were as genuine and concerned about their workmanship as Rusty!
