The Sears Dryer Technician was on time, courteous, very supportive with maintenance explanation and preventative maintenance. Technician worked quickly and left the area clean. I would definitely use his service again and recommend for appliance service.

Shareef called to let me know his arrival time. He arrived promptly and was friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and effectively communicated the problem with my appliance. He had the required part on hand and quickly replaced the defective part and made sure the appliance was operating properly prior to leaving. He was exceptional!

The experience to fix my dishwasher was frustrating. They came, diagnosed incorrectly and had to reorder a different part to fix, which can happen but after 4 visits eventually was fixed. The tracker to see your technician’s arrival time at Sears is awful! They give you an 8-5pm time for service and when you go to see updates during the day they are not at all correct.I had one technician come at 5:40 pm after waiting around the entire day. With our current technology they can do better!
